The LillyPuds gluten free pudding is scrumptiously light and easy to eat, packed with delicious Christmas flavours. They contain more than 50% fruit and no mixed or candied peel.  LillyPuds is blended with Gluten Free Ale from the St Peter’s Brewery in Suffolk and is laced with brandy.

Vine Fruits (38%)(Turkish Sultanas, Turkish Raisins, Currants, Sunflower Oil), Apple, Egg, Gluten Free Vegetable Suet (Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Rice Flour), St Peter’s Gluten Free Ale (7%), Dark Muscovado Sugar (Sugar, Molasses, Colour: Plain Caramel (E150a)), Apricots (Apricots, Rice Flour), Stem Ginger (Ginger, Sugar syrup), Glace Cherries (Cherries, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Colour E127, Preservatives E202, Citric Acid), Flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), Ground Almonds, French Brandy(3.3%), Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Mixed Spice, Orange Zest, Ground Ginger, Nutmeg, Lemon Zest.  May contain sulphur dioxide

Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, eat within 3 days

For best results, Steam:
Before heating: Remove paper packaging, do not remove film surrounding the basin. Place in steamer or saucepan with boiling water until water is 2/3rds up the side of the basin.
