So this is my first blog post – feeling very techie right now!  With Spring upon us and all the wonderful bright flowers in the gardens to cheer us up, why is it “beginning to look a lot like Christmas”?  When I decided to bring LillyPuds into the world, I could never have imagined how Christmas dominates my whole year.  Retailers, distributors and buyers are all making their Christmas range decisions right now (if they haven’t already done so) and this process starts right at the beginning of the year.  It’s also our time to think about new products, for planning our Christmas events and shows diary, applying for food awards, recapping on the previous year’s trading, etc, etc.

This week will be another busy one but I wouldn’t have it any other way.   One thing is for sure…. even with pudding domination of my life, I must never lose the magic of Christmas when it actually comes which will include slumping into a chair on Christmas day with my favourite beverage and thinking to myself “what happened to the last 3 months”!
